HERE’S HOW IT WORKS… Call the Education Warm Line any time you want information. You will be asked to provide your name, telephone number, your child’s disability and the county you live in. If an educational specialist is not immediately available, one will return your call and discuss your concerns as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, or 48 hours on weekends. Calls are answered and returned on a first come, first served basis. Members of the California Concerned Parents Association receive priority. We’ll help by giving you specific information and practical advice about your concerns, and by identifying community resources available in your area. Education Warm Line is an outreach service provided for residents of the State of California. The first goal of the Education Warm Line is putting parents in touch with someone helpful in providing options to questions or concerns about special education and disabilities. The Education Warm Line is a service provided by the California Concerned Parents Association.
